Established in 2018 Monument Investments, LLC is a Real Estate Investing company located in Gering Nebraska. Locating distressed or under priced homes & rehabbing them. Taking homes that are in disrepair, and turning them into quality homes. Our philosophy is to rehab our homes with quality & attention to detail that will stand out. We take pride in upgrading the communities where we live & work, as well as providing alternative options for homeowners searching for a place to call home.
Phil Cape
Born and raised in the Panhandle of Nebraska. Phil has many years of sales & business management. Working locally in sales for worldwide beverage company. He also has experience as the local sales rep for the worlds largest paints and coatings company. He previously managed the local office for the worlds largest logistics company. He also has experience in the home remodeling industry.
Brian Johnson
Brian's construction experience dates back to 1995. He has owned & operated his own residential construction company, worked as a Construction Manager for national home builders, and has extensive sales experience in many fields
